When you invite someone into your business to solve a problem, or fulfill a need, it is important that their solution takes into account the big picture. Offering a $1,000 solution when your budget is $100 is not helpful nor productive.  Offering a great promotional program when you don't have the staff to implement or follow up properly can do more harm than good with your customers.  You need someone who functions not as a consultant, but as a temporary member of your executive team.  

 

What I do best, is taking the time to understand your business, your priorities, and your resources so that I can present the best ideas and solutions to fit your needs.   

 

I understand and appreciate the challenges of running a small  business.  I know it is a 24/7 job, where you may be meeting with a CEO in the morning, handling an angry customer over lunch and cleaning the office bathroom at the end of the day.  I've done all of those things and more as both an executive and a "consultant".  There is virtually no job that I'm not willing to do to help my clients achieve their goals.
